We are responsible for Remanufacturing of Engines, Gearboxes and others remanufactured components and production of low volume based products for the Volvo Group. We have remanufacturing sites in Sweden, France, US, Brazil, India, China and Japan.The Technical Department, in Flen Factory, has the overall responsibility to deliver the production process and Product information to our own site but also to others sites in cooperation with our network. Also we are responsible for the factory maintenance. We are organized in three subgroups: production development, Product Preparation and Maintenance.The job of the Maintenance Engineer, is mainly to keep the Production Equipment, Tools and devices running and supporting production, according to the World class manufacturing principles, driving improvements and standardizations being responsible for the Professional Maintenance.
