Activities to be performed
We are looking for a person with a passion for digitalization to join our BSS Architect team. Our client is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
Close cooperation between Business and IT, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth of our solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional product development teams and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
An important part of the role is that you have experience driving digitalization. Self-service / digital first approach. Furthermore, you can drive architectural ideas from concept to implementation by involving teams and other stakeholders both within- and cross IT domains.

This is a person who will build the dashboard analysis views based on the datamodel built by the data engineer. The person will also be doing maintenance to the analysis views when needed. Additionally the person will build action flows in Celonis EMS to enable automation of actions defined during the process mining / execution management projects.


Competence:
• Trained on and has customer project experience on building analyses and dashboards using the Celonis EMS
• Trained on and has customer project experience on some other data visualization tooling
• At least 1 year of process mining experience in relevant roles in customer projects
• At least 2 years of data visualization experience in relevant roles in customer projects
• Certified Celonis Analyst preferred

This is a person who will build the data model used by the process mining analyses, the data pipeline used to extract, transform and load the data to Celonis and to update the data regularly. The person will also be doing maintenance to the data pipeline(s) after the project stage is concluded. The person will collaborate with other data engineers working with the client to identify the correct data sources and to fetch the data. It is possible that other existing ETL tools at Telenor are used to build parts of the data pipeline, so persons with experience also on other ETL tools is preferred.


Competence:
• Trained on and has customer project experience on building data models and data pipelines using the Celonis EMS built-in ETL tooling
• Trained on and has customer project experience on some other ETL/data pipeline tooling
• At least 1 year of process mining experience in relevant roles in customer projects

Till vår kun söker vi en kandidat till Transitionsprojekt.


Bakgrund
Vår kund driver ett större transiteringsprojekt för en publik aktör där man tillhandahåller bland annat nätverk, servar och applikationsdrift. Vår kund etablerar en ny målmiljö för den befintliga IT-miljön bestående av ca. 2000 servrar och 500 applikationer. Vår kund kommer därefter livscykelhantera och överföra den övertagna miljön. Projektet startade i maj 2022 och ska pågå tills juni 2023.
Uppdraget består av två delar:
• Rapportering
o Kravfångst och analys av rapporteringsbehov, driva genomförandet av utveckling/modifiering av befintliga rapporter
• 2:nd line koordinator
o Koordinera uppsättning av 2:nd line service desk med övriga delprojekt


Projektets design- och planeringsfas pågår just nu och efter sommaren övergår projektet till etableringsfasen. Där kommer vi att arbeta vidare med design och utveckling av rapporter samt uppsättning av 2:d line service desk.
Vi ser helst att du är baserad i Stockholm men det är inga krav. För remote arbete förväntas du vid behov kunna vara på plats.


Arbetstider kan vid tillfälle i och med förflyttningarna ibland hamna utanför vanliga kontorstider.
Kompetenskrav
• Senior med 5+ års erfarenhet av kravfångst och projektledning. Du besitter en hög grad av teknisk generalistkompetens, du har drivit flertal projekt med mycket hög kvalitet.
• God teknisk förståelse inom ITSM och underliggande ITIL-processer
