Lead the planning team (3 FTE) in the factory in Sweden. Drive operational (planning) performance and coach and develop the skills and competences of the planning team members. Working closely together with MSO planning and the Europe IC category team to ensure good service at the right costs for our customers brands. The candidate will be member of the site leadership team.
Key responsibilities
• Lead the Planning team. Support, coach and develop the Planners in their daily work.
• Drive improvement of planning KPI’s (service, stock, obsoletes, etc) for all produced products at the factory
• Make the right trade-off between Stock, Service and (production) Costs, involving key stakeholders
• Drive development and optimization of Planning processes
• Represent in the European Planning/RCCP meetings
• Plan resources (e.g. during holidays, prioritize tasks, identify gaps). Set the best ways of working to be efficient.
• Deliver and improve the planning agenda and KPI’s
• Deliver excellent communication to all stakeholders
• Communicate forward risks and opportunities to the business
• Ensure Planning processes and way of working towards business partners
• Develop and coordinate Planning team actions with the purpose of delivering business targets
Qualifications
Academic Degree in relevant area or experience in a similar role.
Have people leadership experience.
English
Good Communication Skills. (with stakeholders in and outside of the factory)
Team leadership experience
Being able to take calculated decisions under operational pressure
